Leading With Humanity, Resilience & Confidence

Helping organisations thrive through change

Welcome

Most organisations don’t struggle with knowing what to do - they struggle with making it actually happen. That’s where I focus.

I work with leaders and organisations who are navigating complexity, changing expectations, and the reality of leading in environments where decisions are faster, messier and more visible than ever.

Why This Work Matters to Me

I’ve spent over two decades advising, coaching and training for some of the world’s best-known brands, including Microsoft, HSBC, Roche and Lidl. Over the years, regardless of the industry or the challenge, there’s often the same underlying obstacle:

The gap between knowing and doing.

That’s what I’ve built my work around - helping organisations move from:

  • > Awareness to action
  • > Intention to behaviour
  • > Strategy to something people actually live day to day.

I work with leadership teams and audiences who don’t just need theory: they need clarity, practical thinking, and the confidence to act.

How I help

Leadership in Complexity

When things are changing, leadership gets exposed. I focus on how leaders make decisions, communicate clearly and create the conditions for people to perform when the pressure is real.

AI, Bias and Human Judgement

I help leaders think more critically about how bias shows up in both human and AI-driven decisions and what that means for the outcomes they’re responsible for.

Leadership Mindset and Resilience

Change is rarely neat or comfortable. Drawing on both my work with organisations and experiences in extreme environments, I explore what it takes to stay focused, make good decisions and follow through when it matters.

Ethical Leadership and Good Judgement

As decisions become faster and more data-driven, judgement matters more, not less. I explore how leaders balance data, AI and human judgement to make decisions they can stand behind.

Inclusion, Bias and Global Leadership

A lot of my work comes from helping organisations understand bias — both human and systemic — and how it plays out in decision-making, culture and increasingly in AI.I’m still often brought in for unconscious bias and cross-cultural leadership, particularly in global organisations. But the conversation has moved on. Now it’s about: How does bias shape decisions, systems and outcomes — and what do we do about it?

Hayley was great at using stories to illustrate the subject and made it accessible for the audience, most of whom had no knowledge of Unconscious Bias before the session. She spoke with humility about her own biases and was able to help others start to see theirs without being accusatory. Her style is conversational and relaxed.
